3 Roommates looking for a 4th

Couple and close friend looking to fill up our "empty" room. There is currently a bed, but not too much else. Rest of home is fully furnished, with a nice living room area, dining room, spacious kitchen, an office space, and 3 bedrooms. There are 2.5 bathrooms, one on each floor, and there is a private driveway we all can use, despite being right on the hill next to OHSU. There is a very skittish cat that comes downstairs every so often, but will let you pet her if you approach slowly and crouch down.

A little bit about the roommates:

Jeff: 25 M looking to get into medical school. Currently works Monday through Friday.
Lena: 22 F in the process of finding and accepting a nursing position, also works as a caregiver.
Chris: 25 M working in accounting Monday through Friday.

The three of us are close knit, we will watch Survivor and other shows together as a trio, but we also spend time alone within the house. We are all easy going and laid back, and would love to meet up to find out if you'd be a good match with us for a complete 4 roommate home!

Rent does not include utilities, but everything combined doesn't typically add up to over 750. Our 12 month lease ends in June 2021, but it sounds like there will be another option to renew when June rolls around.
