Hi there, my name is Beau and I am looking for an apartment to rent for me and my cat Jim. I enjoy working out, making art, music shows, karaoke, video games, and exploring new things around the valley.

I work 9-5 during the week and spend my work nights hitting the gym / doing my side gig of doing photography. When I usually hangout with my friends, it’s either out on the town or at their place. I need to unwind at night not bring the party back to mine. I like making my apartment homey & a zen place where I can recharge for the next day because I’m usually out of the house during the day and need a good place to relax at night.

As for a roomie relationship, I’m good with whatever. A friend would be nice but if you need your space I’m cool with that too.
