My roommate is moving home at the end of the month and my girlfriend and I are looking to rent her bedroom. The apt is a spacious, sunny and bright two bedroom one bath in a small gated complex. It has two laundry rooms on site and comes with your own covered parking spot. The neighborhood is quite and an easy walk to the beach, Main Street, 3rd street promenade, metro line and other public transportation, SMC, easy freeway access and a market right down the street for quick groceries.

We are looking for someone to rent starting January, but can technically take over on the 23rd. We would prefer a 9-5 type of person. We are on a month to month lease and are looking to stay for 5-6 months. Perfect for someone in transition that needs a short term flexible lease.

A little about us:
My girlfriend is 28 and works full time in the valley and goes to school at night during the week. Currently also working on weekends. So 7 days a week.
I am 32 and work in tech - remotely from home Monday - Friday.
We do party Friday and Saturdays so were out weekends usually.

We also have a sweet 8 year old dog who mostly sleeps on my bed all day, but loves people and all the attention.

Rent is $1,400 with a 1400 deposit. You can move in anytime.
