ROOMATE wanted for large room (parking, walk-in closets, gym, pool) (OAKLAND)

THE ROOM: unfurnished room 11'x13' with TWO (2) walk-in closets enough (pictured--one is 3' x 11'-- large enough for bikes). I have a bathroom so the other one is mostly yours (it is also the guest bathroom tho).

THE APARTMENT: 1200sq ft., large and light filled with a view of the water from the balcony. Full kitchen, secure keypad entry to the apartment and the complex. We also have full cable for the TV for film nights!

THE COMPLEX: pool, hot tub, gym, laundry rooms on each floor. Storage for bikes, Amazon lockers for packages, night security. Butterfly MX means you security and buzzing people in. Rentable party room, friendly neighbors, quiet hours from 11 pm to 6am. Parking is off-street for you and your guests!

THE LOCATION:
5 min walk to Jack London Square restaurants (Forge, Plank, Farmhouse Thai Kitchen, Scotts)
8 min walk/2 min drive to BART (Lake Merrit)
2 min drive to 880S/4 min to 880N
Right on the San Francisco Bay Trail and the Portobello Marina

THE ROOMMATE:
Female content writer and book author. From the Bay Area, returned after a long stint in NYC. I love movies (classic, action thriller), mystery shows, history books, dogs & cats, spicy vegetarian cooking, horseback riding. I am very easygoing and clean mostly on weekend (occasional clutter doesn't bother me). I like to entertain when I can and your uests are welcome (with some notice)!

Gainfully employed and pay rent and bills on time every month.
Pet-friendly and love animals (very important!).
Superior communication skills about things you need or want (no drama, please).
Friendly but also value your privacy.

Rent is $1425 a month. Bills are PGE ($30 in the summer a bit more in the winter) and Wifi/Xfinity (about $75)

The rent and move-in date are flexible (within reason) for the right person--I am just interested in the best fit possible!
