We have a large bedroom (150 sq ft approx) available in 3 bd/2ba apartment near Runyon Canyon in Hollywood for $1370/month plus utilities, ~$100 avg/month. Parking spot included in garage. Security Deposit is 1 months rent ($1370). The Room is Available on June 1st. We are looking for someone long term to sign the apartment lease agreement. This is month-to-month but once again looking for someone long term 1 year+. The apartment complex comes with key fob access, elevators, on-site laundry machines, pool, hot tub, and balcony.
