Hello! My name is Jennifer, I am a 49 year old divorced woman and I am relatively new to the area. Im looking for a roommate situation/room around the Gulf Gate area.
I have a solid stable full time job away from the home but I work late nights.
I dont have much furniture but I do have 4 cats. They are all spayed and neutered and they are absolutely non-negotiable. They can stay in my bedroom but I would prefer for them to get some exercise.
My budget is $1000/mo.
I dont have great credit as I just went through a hecking divorce.
I am quiet, clean and respectful. Most of the time you wouldnt even know I was there. Laundry facilities or quick access to a laundromat is a must for me.
