Available Room for Rent
Need a roommate to share my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment
The room for rent is the master bedroom with en-suite adjoining private bathroom. Tons of closet space. Bathroom has shower/tub combo.
The apartment is located in the great neighborhood of Belmont Shore / Heights where there are shops, restaurants, etc all within blocks. Just a few minutes from the ocean - the Long Beach pier and the bike path.
The location on the map shows the apartment in Downtown, but it is not. Downtown is only 10 minutes away.
It's a first floor apartment; laundry room just a few steps away; A/C in the main living area; new kitchen with stainless steel appliances; travertine tile / hardwood floors. Street parking only, but not usually a problem.
The pictures show the apartment fully furnished, but many of the items are gone with my previous roommate who moved out to be with family. So if you have some items of your own, that is totally fine. There is also some storage in the garage (no car space I'm afraid).
Applicants need to fill out their own application and pay a month security deposit equal to the rent of $1097.50.
