Beautiful 3rd floor apartment near UBC campus - looking for new roommate

I'm looking for a new roommate to move in to a third floor, quite nice quality apartment with a great park view, about a block from UBC campus. The building is from the 50s and has great character, but the apartment was also renovated very recently, so it's up to modern-day quality - the best of both worlds.

- Fully furnished shared living/dining room is spacious and includes couch, saucer chair, printer, and tables.

- Shared kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, and microwave. It comes complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, and toaster.

- Shared Bathroom includes a bath.

- Bedroom is 10.5 ft x 10.5 ft. It's unfurnished, and includes one regular closet as well as one walk-in closet that measures 4.5 ft x 4.5 ft.

- Heat and hot water are included in rent.

- Wifi is set up and costs $42 each per month. Renter's insurance (required by the building) is $24 each per month. Electricity is about $10 each per month on average.

- I have no pets, but the building is pet-friendly and I love animals so pets or service animals are more than welcome.

- Building has mailboxes, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and a storage garage for bicycles etc.

- Building is located right next to a shopping hub which includes two grocery stores, many cafes and restaurants, a staples, a dollar store, a pharmacy, a bank, a gym, and several other businesses. We overlook a beautiful park, we're a block away from the UBC campus, and we're right next to bus stops for the 04, 14, and 99, among others.
