Hey! Our names are Erica and Alana, we’re besties and roommates, that got sent back from Spain this semester and weren’t able to return to our apartments due to the Corona Virus this spring. So, unfortunately, we were unable to come back to our apartments as planned.
That being said, our room in the Tenleytown/Cathedral Heights is available from May/June until Mid/Late August for a summer sublease. Rent is $712.50 a month per person.

There are laundry facilities, a market, and a hairdresser in the complex. It's in a clean and safe area. It's close to the N2 & N6 Bus lines if you need to commute towards Dupont Circle or Tenleytown for work
