Hi! I’m a 30 yo mental health professional in search of a roommate at my apartment in Lakewood! I have 2 friendly dogs. Unfortunately, the complex only allows two pets per household, so I cannot add any more pets to the place. I am in recovery, so this is an alcohol/pot/drug free space. I am relatively quiet, and prefer to live with someone who is the same in that regard. Occasional game nights with friends are fun, but otherwise I prefer my living space to remain private. The apartment is on the second floor. It has a connected, but separate kitchen and living room, 2 decently sized bedrooms with walk-in closets in each, and a shared bathroom. Fixed utilities of approx $110/mo which includes water, trash, and heat. Electric and WiFi are separate and have been running about $70 a month between the two. The property is set back from the road and in a nice neighborhood. No parking fees unless you’d like covered parking.
