We're looking to rent out the second bedroom in our two bedroom one bath home we are in the Azalea Park neighborhood of City Heights in San Diego the place has been newly renovated and it's pretty nice and clean looking for a single occupant who is employed does not smoke inside is that drama and doesn't have too many different guests also looking for someone who is generally pretty clean rent is due on the 1st and utilities would be included I have Wi-Fi that you'd be more than welcome to use but we don't have any cable we stream TV from the Wi-Fi please reach out if this sounds like something you would be interested in generally we're pretty understanding so if you don't fit into what I just said we may be able to work with you still possibly thanks
