Room for rent in nice neighborhood near the lake.

I have a room available for rent in Little Elm. Rent is $900 including all bills. My other roommate is an older woman who would be sharing the bathroom. The house is quiet, no parties, good family neighborhood. Lake Lewisville is at the end of our street and makes for great walks around the neighborhood!
