The Actual Location is in Temple, Texas. IF you work in and around Austin I can Offer you rent at 500 for everything. IF you work in and around Temple then the rent will be 700.
It is in a 1 bedroom apartment, I sleep out in the living room cause I'm a night owl up and down all night long also because of my disabilities. You will get the bedroom all to yourself. I do prefer female roommates, reason being males are more pronoun towards violence. Plus I can easily be killed with a poke or simple cut , I am on BLOOD THINNERS and would die from blood lose in a hot min.
