Hi there, I'm easy going, responsible, hardworking, in my early 40s (look and feel younger though).
I WFH for a Credit Rating agency since 2003 (Analyst/Operations). The apt is a duplex so I'm usually on a different floor (with private entrance) but pop into common areas to socialize and connect w/ roommate during down times.
I enjoyed going to the US Open (tennis), the Opera, Hiking in Cold Spring, sunbathing on the roof, taking care of my plants lol, and visiting my High School friend Christina and her two kids, Vanessa (age 4), and Anthony (who I helped deliver age 2), I love those kids! The apt and neighborhood have great vibes, that's why I've stayed here since 2009. I think you'll like it too :-) It's close to the the Williamsburg energy but far enough where you can get some rest if you want. Ah yeah, and it's only 5 subway stops to Manhattan.

Roommate wanted to share a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath duplex apartment in East Williamsburg. Your private (unfurnished) space includes 2 rooms on the first floor: 1 large bedroom (approx 13’x9’) + large private space (approx 10’x10’) (can be used as your private office/guest room/lounge etc), both of which have windows and closets. You can have both rooms for $1600 + util, or rent the large room for $950 + util, or smaller room for $850 + util.
Common areas include a spacious living/dining space and a galley-style kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher. The apartment has Central AC and heat. Building amenities include a shared courtyard and rooftop with city views, washers/dryers, and bike storage. Great location 1.5 blocks from L train at Montrose Ave, half a block away from a grocery store, and walking distance to several bars and restaurants.
