Heyooo! After almost 5 awesome years, my current roommates (a couple) are moving out to North Van to be closer to work and start their family, so I’m looking for someone wonderful to share my home with ❤

✨ About the apartment:

🛋️ 2 bed / 2 bath → you’ll have your own private bathroom

🛋️ Unfurnished bedroom (living room furniture is going too, so feel free to bring your own or we/I can figure out a new couch situation)

🍳 Kitchen has the basics, but you’re welcome to bring your own stuff too

🧺 In-suite laundry

🐾 Pet-friendly building (I have a sweet senior cat named Casper; open to another cat as long as they get along)

💪 Small gym + amenity room in the building

🚊 Location: Joyce-Collingwood → 12 min walk to Skytrain, #19 bus stop right outside, 10 min bus to Metrotown, 5 min walk to Safeway, 8 min to London Drugs

💰 Rent: $1365/month + hydro & internet

✨ About me:

I’m in my early 30s and work full-time as a makeup artist. I’m creative, a bit of an introvert, but I also value those cozy roommate hangs now and then (whether that’s sharing a meal, watching something, or just talking about life). I don’t really drink, I’m a vegetarian, and I spend a lot of time at home so it’s important for me to live with someone who sees this space as a calm, safe haven. I love music (especially rock/alt), musicals, singing, reading, and I’m obsessed with Halloween and all things horror 👻

✨ Who I’m looking for:

🏡 Someone who also sees home as a safe space and wants to stay long term.

🧽 Clean and organized (not expecting perfection, just respectful of shared spaces)

🌱 Plant-based/vegetarian preferred, or at least someone who cooks with minimal meat

🚫 Not a partier / no hard drugs

📄 You’d need to be added to the lease, the building requires a standard income/credit check
