Hey all! After almost 5 amazing years, my current roommates are moving out, so I’m looking for someone wonderful to share this home with ❤

About the apartment:

🛋️ 2 bed / 2 bath → bedroom is unfurnished, you’ll have your own private bathroom
🧺 In-suite laundry (washer and dryer)
🍳 Kitchen with the basics + dishwasher (welcome to bring your own gear as well)
🐾 Pet-friendly building (I have a sweet senior cat, Casper; open to another cat if they get along)
📦 Storage unit included, shared with me
💪 Small gym + amenity room in the building
🚊 Joyce-Collingwood: 12 min walk to Skytrain or the R4 to UBC, #19 bus stop right outside, walking distance to Safeway/London Drugs.
💰 Rent: $1300 + hydro & internet

About me:

I’m in my early 30s and work full-time as a makeup artist. I'm creative, calm, and a bit introverted, but I also enjoy cozy roommate hangs (sharing a meal, watching something, or just chatting ☺️). I don’t really drink, I’m a vegetarian, I love art, music (especially rock/alt), reading, musicals, Halloween, and all things spooky 👻

Who I’m looking for:

🏡 Someone who wants a peaceful, long-term home
🧽 Clean and respectful of shared spaces
🌱 Plant-based/vegetarian preferred, but I’m fine with occasional meat as long as the kitchen stays clean and odor-free
👤 Single person only (no couples)
🚫 Not a partier / no hard drugs in the house (what you do outside is your business, at home I just like things calm and safe 🫶)
📄 You’d be added to the lease (income & credit check required by the building).
