A microwave oven, (some) pots, plates, and eating utensils are included. The unit has a washer/dryer in the building.
About the Location
10-minute walk to rapid public transportation Green Street/Forest Hills (trains/buses), a 20-minute train ride to downtown Boston (13-minute train ride to Northeastern Univ). Great location. The Landlord (me) lives in the building (in a separate apartment). Off-street parking is available for $100.
Oct 1, 2019, Rent is 900 dollars. First, last month's rent is required. Utilities: electric heat is not included.
