hello everyone we are looking for 2 roomies (preferably a girl and a guy) to occupy available rooms in this beautiful 4 room apartment. starting a annual lease in February 1th. 2020

as any other lease, is 1 month rent, 1 month deposit

currently is me and my roommate here (female) in our 20's and my puppy, who is really quiet and chill.

rooms are listed for a incredible price, specially in the area of glendale/ ridgewood. and super close to the train station

rooms are full size (see pictures), with a skylight providing plenty of light during the day, it has a central a/c / heather system, closet.

you are only few steps from the L train in Halsey St. station (30 min or less to manhattan)

is a laudromat in the building, but is also a great laundromat right in the corner of the block,

supermarker, deli and grocery shop are near by less than 10 min walk

breweries, bars and restaurant are also near by.

rooftop access with a great view of the city.

the area is a very neighborhood type, no loud people, music or sirens etc etc.

only requirements for you are:
*to be clean and organize, specially in the common areas we all share.
*no smoking in the house
*no cats
*no parties (at least until covid situation gets better)
