I am 22 and identify as a Pacific Islander because my father migrated from Samoa. My mother is from Salt Lake City Utah, which is where I was conceived. Right now it’s just me and my mom since my father unfortunately passed away when I was a kid. Mostly because I tend to stay to myself and out of trouble. I love to play sports, watch movies and party with friends. In school, I played a sport every season: spring, fall and winter. In the summer, if I wasn’t playing off season sports, I was practicing with friends and, sometimes after the street lights came on, our parents had to come get us from outside. Majority of the time I enjoy the company of my cat, Candy, rather than people. In that case, I don't have to worry about anyone's decisions hindering my success but mine. But if I really want to accomplish my goals of becoming an entrepreneur or billionaire, I know a little hard labor will lead to a lot of relaxation in the end. I plan on retiring when I’m old, or maybe not after building a business. I see in movies how people get their business going to the point where they don’t have to work anymore, but they continue because they love what they do. When I go for jobs, I look for an environment where I’d love to work because when you love what you do it’s not work. My pet peeve is when I don’t like where I work or the environment which is my dilemma in keeping certain jobs. My pride sometimes gets in the way because I know I’m destined for great things. My biggest goal is to complete school and get my associates degree, and go on to a four year university where I can work and go to school comfortably while earning my bachelors in applied science, agriculture economics, business, or computer applications. My focus is broad because I plan to combine what I know about computers and welding to help plants and farms in the future. The business aspect is so I won’t get ripped and I'll be able to handle my own affairs. Nevertheless i know there is a busy road ahead to accomplish all that i dream of doing. Nothing is ever easy or as it seems but hopefully my experiences and beliefs help me accomplish my goals.
