African American and naturally independent. I'm an introvert at heart and would appreciate having a place to stay. I'm currently working on having two jobs but one would require an actual place to stay. I've been without said type of place for the past month. I do have my own transportation and am a naturally clean/responsible person. If you have a larger housing situation, I don't mind doing house work in exchange for rent or doing both after a negotiated rent payment has been agreed to.
