I own a beautiful furnished townhouse in Northern Liberties. Basement is rented out to a wonderful artist type female with a full time job working days. I travel to Philadelphia for about a week every month but otherwise the entire house outside the basement is open to use. There is a beautiful kitchen, a outdoor grill, roof deck that overlooks the Delaware and downtown. I listed myself as single because my wife rarely stays in Philadelphia so I thought that was a better description of the roommate arrangement.

Five story townhouse in Northern Liberties convenient to restaurants, bars, entertainment options. Convenient access to I-95. Room offered has its own bath and a washer/dryer on same floor. Optional second room could be set up with exercise equipment or home office. One other roommate rents the basement and I am only in town 1 week a month so there will be lots of privacy. No pets.
