I value consistency, rent is paid on time, communication is direct & respectful, and shared spaces are kept clean and functional. I’m not a party-oriented person and prefer a quiet, stable home.

Day-to-day, I’m usually in my room gaming after I’m finished working or occasionally using open space to dance, so I appreciate a roommate who is comfortable with a routine-based lifestyle and mutual respect.
