- Access to the COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE, RECREATIONAL AREA, basketball, soccer field, and SWIMMING POOL !!! .
You will also receive a nice-looking bathroom which is shared.
The house is about a 25 min (no traffic) drive from both downtown Austin and San Marcos. . The house is just 12 miles from downtown Austin, and just 15 miles from San Marcos, Buda is a town about 5 minutes from the Austin city limit so we're right on the cusp of South Austin.
Move-In Date: anytime. I have 1 room available- Furnished
Rent: $700Includes all utilities Bedroom dimension: 11'8 (l) x 10'8 (w) x 9' (h)
You'll have your own bedroom { Furnished) with a closet, shared bathroom, washer, dryer, large kitchen to cook in, home is fully furnished, TV, fenced backyard, covered back patio, etc. The neighborhood has community gardens, catch-and-release ponds, hike and bike trails, a fenced dog park nearby, a frisbee golf course, and covered pavilion which can be rented out for parties and such, and a pretty good-sized pool.
Looking for a responsible, clean, non-smoking, drama-free roommate that is respectful of shared spaces and who is a good communicator, who is dog-friendly (but no more pets). There is a refundable security deposit of $650/ refundable upon no abnormal wear/tear of the premises. 1-year contract preferred; references are also required.
A little about me: I am retired-- you need to like dogs if you're going to be living here. I like being friends with the people I room with but if you're the "I stay in my room and do my own thing" type then that's ok too. I value your personal space and personal time, I am understanding of what makes someone an introvert vs. an extrovert, and also seek to be a good housemate and friend.
