Patrick W - $1,500/month

I am a 44, retired military and a graduate student currently attending GWU remotely. I am required to attend in person starting Fall semester 2021. I am clean and quiet to a fault, love to cycle, exercise, and yoga in my free time. I can cook, but I don't get to cook as often as I like. I will bring a vehicle with me, so a situation with convenient parking would also be ideal. I would likely bring a few plants and books in addition to the furniture basics. I do not own any pets and am allergic to cat and dog hair (sorry!)
