Looking for female young professional 23-29 to move into second bedroom in my 2/2 apartment at The Whitney in downtown Fort Lauderdale/Flagler village The second bedroom would be around 1200-1300 a month! Blocks away from cyclebar, fresh market, rhythm and vine, walking distance to las Olas, and a 5-10 minute drive to the beach! The building has 24 hour security, resort style pool, free coffee, 3 offices to use, tanning deck, 2 story gym, hotworx located in the building (studio gym) and more! l’m 24, very clean, the common area is all furnished, and I work in finance so I’m pretty busy during the week! My lease is up may 1st but my roommate can be flexible and move out by mid April! let me know if you are interested! Looking for someone ASAP because I have to give my building notice by march 1st!!
