I clean on my days off and the kitchen is never a mess because I don’t cook often. Things I enjoy: working out (crossfit), coffee, travel, hiking, good food, wine/alcohol on occasion, true crime documentaries and podcasts. I have one large fluffy cat- cuddly and well behaved. I am a very laid back and nice person.

I am a 28 y/o female looking to rent out two bedrooms in my house. I have a master bedroom and two smaller rooms. Total rent for the house is 3.167.00, which is about 1060/room, but rent is negotiable depending on how many rooms you want, what room you want, etc. If you’d prefer not to live with two people and just one, we could use the spare room for storage (or gym equipment because I have a good amount) but you’d have to obviously pay more.
Street parking is great- I’ve never not found a spot on my street. My landlord is also very nice.
I have a cat and am an open to you bringing a cat as well. It is a very spacious, beautiful brick walls, 2 story house with a yard. I travel a lot for work as well as personal travel so I am not around a lot.
There’s a laundromat very close by.
The place is literally 1 minute walking distance away from the Chauncey stop (j train, m train, not sure what else I don’t really use the trains).
