We have a second bedroom for rent in our 4 bed / 3 bath home available at the end of November (unfurnished)

We have a roommate who lives on the bottom floor who is 25M.
& a roommate on the top floor who you’ll share a bathroom with who is 28F.

Rent is $800 even! No tack on’s, no utilities unless extremely overused. You’ll pay $800 the day you move In and that’ll count towards your first rent payment.

We have an office on the bottom floor we me and my husband have our computers and gaming consoles, you’re welcome to put a desk down there on the opposite wall if youd like. We have streaming services (Netflix, crunchyroll, YouTube, Tubi, etc) you’re welcome to use them as long as you make your own account! :)

The house has a security system and cameras so if you’re worried about safety, we’ve got you covered. The driveway can hold max 6 cars and the garage can hold a couple more.
