Heyyy :) my name is Tajae I’m from queens NYC 20year old working full time soon start my courses in order to obtain the certification I need to get in the field of my choice. I make music , love cooking & currently in the process of expanding my interests & becoming an hairstylist. I am overall an outgoing person but I do value my alone time so I don’t have company often. I am open to deepening a connection beyond just being roommates but I am also fine with just being roommates. Honestly the biggest thing for me is communication! Rather it’s in person through text etc…it’s very important for us to communicate the ins & out about our apartment or personal items.

I am currently residing in a 3BR apartment with an upcoming lease renewal on March 1st , my previous roommates are leaving so I am in search of two new replacements preferably girls but I am open to anybody apart of the LGBTQ community to be my new roommates. I don’t smoke I recently quit going on 2months without it but I’m still 4/20 friendly. I cook from time to time , always clean after myself , very respectful of those boundaries and expectations when it comes to our home , I only play music in the daytime & it’s never on blast. If my roommates need complete silence to study etc…I have no problem respecting that.

Besides the rent we will have two other bills , con Edison & internet which typically averages out to an extra $100-150 a month on top of the rent. Con Edison reaches its highest during the winter due to excessive heat usage luckily we’re coming into spring so that won’t be a worry to those of you on a strict budget ! Since this will be a lease renewal you will need FIRST MONTHS RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT to secure your spot on the lease. We will ofc have a meeting/introduction with landlord the money will go directly to him. >>>>>>Ideally you will need about $1650 to move in. <<<<

To establish an healthy new beginning & living space we can discuss each others expectations when it comes to our home before signing the lease ( March 1st 2024 ) or after doesn’t matter to me whatever works for the both of us !
