☞ Hello! I’m looking for a cool gal (24-30) to join our happy home in stately South Philly! We’re a quiet, friendly group of young professional women who are respectful, considerate, and clean. We ask that you please be so as well (open to students as long as they are mature, conscientious, and clean.)
We enjoy biking, film nights, Disney, and thrifting. As for myself, I love anime/manga and sometimes play video games (Pokemon and Ace Attorney particularly); I would be ecstatic to have a roomie who’s a fellow weeb! (✿◠‿◠)
𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬: The room itself is 9 x 11, has a large window, and comes with an external closet for your wardrobe as well as a drawer. You’d have full use of the house, which includes a large kitchen, living room (Roku, Google Home, Nintendo Wii) and yard. There is additional storage space in the attic, our shared closet, and the laundry room to a reasonable extent. Please note the property permits no indoor smoking or pets.
Our landlord is very helpful, sweet, and quick to tend to home repairs. The room itself is $650 x month, plus utilities (split between the four of us.) To meet move in requirements, she would be looking for first month and security deposit ($1300) for now, with last month being paid after the pandemic subsides. Proof of income is also needed.
