Looking to move to NYC soon and I'm looking for roommates to share a new home with (My move in date is still tentative). I am currently in Miami (where I grew up).

I'm very easy going and laid back so I would like roommates who are as well. However, the common areas/bathroom have to be maintained clean. I want a roommate who is respectful of me and my space as I will be respectful of theirs.

I'll be working full time so I'll be gone during the day on weekdays. On the weekends I like to either hang out and relax at home watching tv or go out with friends to brunch or to explore the city during the day and dinners/bars at night. Im very friendly so I'll probably invite you to join me on whatever I'm doing that day.

I Don't workout religiously so im also open to having a gym buddy/work out partner to motivate me.

Lastly, my budget is a little flexible if the apt is newer or in a nice area.
