Hi there! I'm looking to sublet a 1 bedroom (in a 3bed/2bath) until the lease is up on April 1st, you would have your own private space along with a closet. There are currently two females and a cat who shares the unit and the main area. It is convenient to the M and L train, restaurants, laundry, drug stores, and parks. If you like a quiet, clean space with this is the place for you. The main room is furnished, including the kitchen-you will just need a bed and other belongings that you wish to bring with you.
