I am looking for a quiet, professional roommate that will be rooming with a live-in owner. You will have the upstairs LARGE MASTER BEDROOM with private bath and huge walk-in closet. You will also have a downstairs bedroom/office with private storage under the staircase. The storage is only accessible through this bedroom. Both of these rooms are very private as they are away from the other rooms. You will also have your own large living room. These rooms will be unfurnished. The shared kitchen already has the major appliances. The unfurnished shared dining room is available to accommodate a dining table. You will also have access to park a vehicle in the garage as well as in the driveway. There is also street parking.

I enjoy playing table-top games which include board and card games. This house has a game room with a customized table coming. If you enjoy games, then we will fit right in!

I work remotely so I am home all the time. I do not have parties at the house except the occasional get-togethers for gaming; I enjoy the quiet especially during the day while I'm working and at night after 11pm. There is a home theater room here, so if you like movies, you'll enjoy this house and me as a roommate.
