My friend Justin and I are looking for a third person to fill out a three bedroom in Brooklyn (it's better value than a 2 bedroom ᕙ(`▽´)ᕗ)!

We both currently live in Brooklyn, but we don't have a new lease yet and are hoping to connect with someone that we can go apartment hunting with, ideally throughout November for mid or late December move-in, though we can do early December if it's better for you! Our preferred subway lines: 1/2/3/4/5/6/B/D/N/Q/R

We're college grads in our early-mid twenties and hoping to find someone we can be friends with instead of awkwardly co-existing. Both of us are introverts who appreciate a chill but fun/friendly environment; we enjoy board game nights and having friends over for dinner parties and such. We're also into video games and anime, so it'd be great to live with someone who shares those interests (Justin prefers watching anime and I prefer reading manga)!

Cleanliness-wise, we're about 7/10. We clean up after ourselves but we don't set a strict schedule and we don't care if your room is messy.

I work a 9-5 job in children's books (graphic novels!), though I'm currently working completely from home. I'm a hobbyist writer, and I will bring lots of books to the apartment (mostly YA/manga/graphic novels). I like Harvest Moon-type games, JRPGs, and visual novels--you get bonus points with me if you like Fire Emblem :D

Justin also works 9-5 at an energy company, mostly remote but sometimes has to go into the office. He likes to cook, especially Asian cuisine, and he likes Persona and Mario Party and has a PS4 lol

We're also both LGBT+ and aren't interested in rooming with anyone uncomfortable with that.
