4 Bedroom House (plus office) in Inner Sunset

We have a bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house in the hills of the inner sunset. Room is 13' x 12', good sized closet with an incredible view of the ocean/sunset district. House also includes an office next to the living room that is currently being used as a minor gym (free weights and exercise bike). Would share a bathroom with 1 other housemate, other 2 share the master bathroom.

Housemates are 3 28-29 year old guys. 1 works from home full-time, other 2 are hybrid workers. House is generally quiet during the week as we all respect that we have work the next day but like to have fun on weekends.
