Seeking a clean, kind, roommate who will not damage the home, respect me and my dog (she's 13 and going deaf), and someone I can be comfortable around! Preferably seeking someone who travels for work often since I work from home, but not a requirement.
The neighborhood is amazing! I have deer in the front yard somewhat often! The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Only 1 neighbor on the right side and non-directly on the left.
There is the master bedroom, a second master (used as a projector movie room/ crafts room), and 2 standard rooms. The available room is one of the standard size rooms, but you have the ability to use a 2nd closet if needed. Access to the entire house! Living room/family room area, full size washer and dryer downstairs, private full bathroom upstairs. The home is roughly 2000 sq ft, 2 story, and a newly built home with plenty of street parking in a HOA.
5-minute drive to Publix, Walgreens, Aldi, Walmart, fast food, Petsmart, Ross, restaurants.
25 min drive downtown (depending on time of day of course) roughly 45 during rush hour.
