By day I code AI for a biotech firm in Rancho Bernardo; by night I climb, run, and make things (handy when something breaks). I’m easy‑going, love a good group activity - but not like a camp counselor, just organizing with friends. This weekend I'm taking the ropes and heading to the rocks with a friend.

I cook regularly (omnivore, health‑conscious). Not a party animal, though I’ll tag along for the occasional chill outing. I'm pet‑friendly (my cats are with my folks), and I’ve been told I’m funny… or my friends are very polite.

Looking for a nice place, ideally walkable - if possible, a real house versus an apartment / condo complex, but most important is nice living with enough bathrooms to keep the morning moving along.
