I’m 29 and work for USF — mostly remote during the week — so I really value a calm and comfortable home environment. I’m currently looking for a private bedroom and bathroom in the Tampa area with the budget of up to $1250.

I’m a quiet, tidy roommate who enjoys relaxing with some video games after work or heading out for a nice brunch on the weekend. I have a sweet little kitty who is very well-behaved, friendlyD and fully housed-trained.

I can also furnish the living room with a big cozy couch and a solid TV setup (70-inch) — perfect for winding down or occasional movie nights.
