Seeking a room to rent with another female homeowner, no pets, no drugs, no smoking, furnished bed, clean, respectful, no remote viewing or allowing stalking/viewing of room, no entering the room or allowing others to while rented unless agreed upon, no sexual favors expectation.

I am 48, single, never married. I am very easy to live with. Christian woman, late 40s or early 50s-60 would be ideal. I do have people trying to negotiate on my behalf without my permission. Please do not allow them access or take advantage of their access offered by remotely viewing me overhead in lieu of background clearance. I do not have a background or do anything strange, but I do see this as a signal of untrustworthiness and would cancel consideration.
