I am a male aged 20 years old currently studying at NYU for Psychology and will be heading towards my Junior year in September. I'm hoping to find off campus housing for my Junior year from September to the end of May, hopefully nearby either Union Square or Washington Square. My move in date and lease length are flexible as well.

A little bit about myself, I'm a fencer, skier, but I also spend a fair amount of time on the computer as well. I personally do not drink nor smoke, but if you want to drink at home I don't mind in the slightest. I'm clean, organized, and I always clean up after I cook. I'm fine whether you want to be friends or to simply share the apartment together. I'll respect your privacy either way. I've roomed with both males and females in the past so I know its normal like any other roommate.

I'm an active student so my schedule includes waking up around 8-10am to head toward either Washington Square or Union Square. Which classes I have for next year is not confirmed so I'm not sure when I'll be back at the apartment at night. I usually study at home, but I'm quiet unless you want to socialize.

For a roommate, I'm looking for either a male or female roommate that doesn't smoke and is fairly clean. I've roomed with both males and females in the past with no conflicts and I can say there's very little difference. I hope you have a pleasant day!
