I'm a 30 year old professional and student looking for a new roommate to sublet my current roommate's portion of the lease. I'm currently studying nursing and working full time, so most of the time when I'm home I'm studying or doing homework. I'm looking for a roommate who is tidy and picks up after themselves, is respectful of space, and is personable. I'm very Covid conscious, so I don't have tons of guests. I'm looking for a roommate that is like-minded in that sense. I enjoy watching movies, listening to true crime podcasts, and doing makeup. I don't like to cook, but I don't mind doing the dishes if you like cooking.
