Looking for an individual or couple (18+ only please) interested in renting TWO bedrooms and a PRIVATE full bathroom in an updated 3 level home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in NE Portland! ALL utilities are INCLUDED in rental price and includes high speed Wi-Fi internet. For one person, rent is $950/month and a couple is $1350/month.

The rooms and bathroom (walk-in rain head shower and Jacuzzi tub) are all upstairs on the 3rd floor. All rooms have a closet and window with the largest one having hardwood floors and the other two carpet. You can pick 2 out of 3 rooms.

House is owner occupied and I will be the only other person living in the home. My bedroom and office are 2 floors down on the basement so there is plenty of space for everyone. I will not be adding any more roommates after this.

Common areas include living room (furnished with sectional couch and 55” smart tv), kitchen w/island, laundry room, garage and large fully fenced back yard (great for a dog, garden or whatever you fancy). You will have access to a two car garage but it's not used for cars although, it has plenty of space for storage and projects. For parking, you will have one spot available in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking right in front of the house.

There is one pet in the home, a 14 yr old, half blind and deaf but sweet Yorkie puppy named Havok and with additional deposit, I will consider a small/medium sized dog if they are potty trained. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats.

House has easy access to 84 and is blocks from max stop for public transportation. Shopping centers with 24 hour fitness, Albertson's, and Starbucks are just a few blocks away.

This is a great opportunity for an individual or couple that work from home and can use the second bedroom for an office or for excessive or yoga or a huge walk-in closet with room for storage. Follow your destiny. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and paid along with first month's rent prior to moving in.
