Seeking a roommate for a 3 Bed 1 Bath Bed-stuy Apartment

Greetings I’m Tavi! My roommate Kyle(34) and I need a third roommate for our 3bed 1 BA apartment. We’ve been living here for the last 2 years. We’re looking for someone to sign the lease with us. The lease is for a year! The rent is 766.33 for the room. We are located 2 minutes from 2 train stations. Please have 650 Credit Score or a Guarantor..

The room is the smallest in the apartment. That’s also why the rent for this room is cheaper than ours. It has a window, that faces the inside of the building. We have roof access though, and it’s always great to get up there and just look out over Brooklyn. We also have a virtual doorman. So you can see all visitors before they come up. Very useful during the Corona Era as well! The apartment is pretty spacious. We have an island in the kitchen. There are plenty of food choices in our area! Also if you’re looking to get groceries there are a number of them a short walk away!

We are looking for a roommate that is social, tidy, & please be 420 Friendly(Cannot stress that enough). I work in Lending, and Kyle works in Union Activism. We have a pretty chill vibe going so far. We’re both Gamers, so I hope you’re down to play every now and then. Team Sony is definitely where it’s at! But Kyle is Team Microsoft, I forgive him for it! And I’ll forgive you for it also jk.
