One of my roommates just moved out, so my other roommate and I are looking for someone to fill their room. (Roomie is super cool, works at a dispo, gay, gender fluid, AFAB)
Rent is about $4200 total + utilities (usually around $200 each), around $1400 each split 3 ways. 5 Bed 3.5 bath one being used as a visual media studio, the other empty room had been a music studio but it was our former roommates equipment. Full kitchen gas burners. Washer and dryer, no shared walls. 4 parking spots in a gated driveway. Pet friendly. Would be a sublease too so no application, credit check, or fees.
