I’m looking for a clean, easygoing soul to occupy my private fully finished basement apartment. One bedroom. Nice size living room. Extra storage. Full size bathroom, and shared laundry room.
Basic kitchen needs in unit.
Hot plate. Microwave. Toaster oven.and refrigerator.
My home is occupied by myself, and my teenage son.
We are without drama, and respectful of each other’s space and privacy. We are a happy household with good vibes and hoping to find the same.
The basement apartment is private and wouldn’t be considered a house share, since no one would be sharing that space with you.
