Modern up to date house in the heart of the Nations with a backyard and patio. Great neighborhood for walking where everyone has a dog. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (bathroom would be shared). Theres currently 2 of us living here and looking for someone to come join that meshes with us! The house is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom that’s for rent. Parking is open on the street but there’s always somewhere to easily park. Utilities not included.
