Hi! I’m currently seeking a roommate in my 2br/2ba. You have your own bathroom and bedrooms are separated by living room. The washer/dryer is located inside the space as well as new appliances. It’s on the second floor so parking in the secured residential garage is very convenient. There is a balcony that overlooks a courtyard with a gazebo. There is also a gym, study space, and a pool with access to the grill.
Rent is $850. Utilities (WiFi, trash, and electric) will be split. WiFi is $50 total a month and electric/trash is normally around $50 total as well. Parking is free and there is a guest garage available for guests.
I am a very laid back person and keep my place clean and organized. I’m a minimalist and prefer to leave the clutter elsewhere :) I’m not home much but I’m very accommodating and respectful of others space and boundaries and ask that the same is returned.
