One Bedroom of Two Bedroom, One Bathroom Apt. Available in August

I share a basement apartment in a house on Chatham Road in Hyattsville MD. It’s on a quite residential street that is within walking distance to the main campus. There is a driveway large enough to fit four economy-sized cars as well as ample street parking in front of the house. There is also a huge back yard with a patio and a deck that is accessible from the unit. The unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a den and it’s own front entrance from the street. There’s also a washer and dyer in the unit which is shared by everyone in the house. The rent is $1,100 per month split between two people, with utilities split between everyone in the house. The rent has never been higher than $670, but usually stays within the $620-650 range. My roommate will be moving out at the end of our lease in August, so I’m looking for someone to sign a new lease with in August. I am not the owner of this listing.
