For some reason diggs does not recognize Gilroy California as a city in the South Bay . But they're not much different from anyone else . Lol. It's a lovely sleepy little community still and I love it so much and that's why I bought here built my ice cream shop here? Deluxe fully furnished Queen bedroom. Roku TV, slider closet with full length mirrors. View of restaurants and shopping complex in the neighborhood from the second floor bedroom. Brand new bamboo flooring. Ceiling fan. Nightstands with phone charger. Deluxe headboard. You'll feel like a king or queen. Females definitely preferred but not a deal breaker. Absolutely no drinking or drugs. Claws in the rental agreement that you will maintain a sober existence in our home. If you have a small dog it can be they can be considered. I am allergic to cats. So sorry cat owners. Smokers encouraged but smoking outside on the patio please. I smoke. That must be said. But all smoking is done outside when coexisting with someone else. Full kitchen privileges. Street parking plenty. No parking in town home complex. Washer and dryer in the garage full privileges. There is a shared bathroom but you have your own Private vanity area and entrance to the bathroom. So basically we just share the toilet and the shower conjoints with my entrance from the master bedroom. That meets the middle. I work a lot so it's like having your own town home. I'm also offering another small room for $800. 00 both rooms would be ideal for a single parent. Bathrooms available now. Hit me up if it sounds like a match. Please have a regular dependable income to pay your rent. References checked and come checked. Please work or have a fixed income that can support your rental. Other than that, let's do this thing! I need a roommate. And don't worry, I understand the importance of having to unplug from the world and just have your home be your same space. Like I said I need a roommate, not a friend. I won't be rude, but you don't need to entertain me. You need to relax. And so do I. That's why I say no overnight guests. Basically because I'm sure you don't want strangers which are my friends walking around your things and your room. Speaking of that, you can put a key lock on the door..
