Quiet neighborhood, very convenient location

I have 2 medium size bedrooms with one bathroom all together on their own hallway. It has a large living room with an office and small gym area that you can use as needed. I rarely use the office, so you could set it up to suit if working from home. There is a laundry room you can use as needed. Front curb parking for 2 and rear driveway parking for 2. Bedrooms have bedframes, dressers, nightstands, and decent size closets. The bathroom has a large shower with no tub. There is a large park that is walking distance away, and there are numerous restaurants a short drive in any direction, including firewheel center. Each bedroom is 600 per month and shares the bathroom with the other rented bedroom, or one renter can rent both bedrooms for 1000.
