We’re looking for someone to rent the third bedroom in our basement apt. LGBTQ+ friendly! Must be okay with cats! Low ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, so anyone over 5’11” is not an option. We do smoke but not in common areas and mostly keep to ourselves. Room does not have a closet and is about 9’x10’. We do have plenty of storage space for furniture. Landlord does require a credit and background check as well as proof you make 3x the rent!!
