Neighborhood + Home
It’s a beautiful neighborhood with secret staircases leading to the Hollywood bowl- just blocks from Hollywood blvd. 4 beds 3 baths one bathroom upstairs which u can share with the other two roommates. It’s a big house with plenty of space. There’s also a bathroom downstairs that anyone can use. You’ll be sharing the house with me, 2 others and my boyfriend, Bryce. We work full time Im an actor and Bryce is a painter. Two room has view of Hollywood sign the other room has a large storage space behind the closet- this room can come furnished. People are out of the house most of the time - parking in our parking space- sometimes we have people over for events like the Oscar’s or a game night or the weekend but not a big partyhouse unless we’re all down to have one. We all work early during the week. everyone is p clean. And smoke free in the home. Sometimes we shoot shorts at the house so gotta be cool with that. We have two cats who are super sweet that like to roam around the house. So being pet conscientious is important!

What we are looking for
Looking for kind people who have a job outside of the house during the week, respectfully communicate, and don’t mind having people over from time to time.
